A sprawling weekend home spread over 4 acre plot with challenging terrain with a stunning view of Pavna Lake.
The terrain and slope guided the design for an elongated floor plan with a Living Dining in the Central entrance block accessed though the grand entrance foyer & the Kitchen on the entry side with Bedrooms facing the lake using full potential of the site for best views.
Rustic finishes with Kota and Shahabad flooring, Texture Plaster on walls & Mangalore tiled roof with 6 feet projection to protect house from the gushing winds and rains.
The furniture is combination of rustic saw cut wood and wood with veneer finish.
