  • The client wanted to have someone local & known to them and that worked well.​
  • The scope include phases starting with total Electrification of Bungalow, servant quarters & site, repairs & refurbishing total furniture, revamping Internal Doors & Windows, & refurbishment of Roof Structure with shingles as last phase.​
  • The electrification of the place is done to the satisfaction of the client as per their additional requirements.​
  • The repair works is about to start soon and whole project completion is anticipated by end of year.​
